My name is Dalin Laqua and I am a wildlife and nature photographer based out of Alberta, Canada.

As a southern Alberta farm kid I grew up with a great appreciation for open spaces and the beauty of nature. Throughout a career in tech, photography offered a reprieve from the stress of deadlines and complex projects. I never considered myself to possess any artistic skills but through the lens of a camera I learned to see the world as art. Long telephotos lenses offer a unique perspective allowing the photographer to isolate a subject and ignore everything else.

Creating beautiful images of the animals we share this world with grew into a passion for me.
